EA Progress Report

A progress report on External Assistance in Albania was prepared by DSDC in November 2009. The External Assistance report analyses aid effectiveness in the country based on priority sectors as defined in the NSDI and the EAOD for 2000-2008, and highlights progress made as well as issues that still need to be tackled by both government and donors in order to maximize aid effectiveness. Another important aim of the report is to orient future external assistance based on the results and recommendations.
