Ministry Integrated Plan

The Ministry Integrated Plan (MIP) highlights key MTBP commitments, including all European integration commitments and planned legislation. The final MIP follows parliamentary approval of the state budget and is published in the first quarter of the following year. The MIP needs to demonstrate clearly the links between the MTBP and NSDI and provide the basis of the government's annual legislative programme. From the MIP, a set of key MTBP output targets and mandatory reporting requirements, such as SAA implementation measures, are identified for monitoring and reporting during the following year. These agreed measures constitute the Ministry Monitoring Plan (MMP). The MMP would normally be agreed between DSDC and ministries by December.

They are available only in Albanian.
