The National Strategy for Development and Integration (NSDI) 2007-2013, was approved by Council of Ministers on 12 March 2008. The NSDI is based on 38 sector and cross cutting strategies.

One UN Initiative

Donors are aiming at deepening further the partnership with the GoA by early and proactive collaboration with more emphasis given to involving the GoA in joint decisions regarding the dual authorship of analytical products.  A good example is the 'One UN Initiative' which the Government and UN launched in May 2007 and the IPS Multi-Donor Trust Fund where all the donors will use the same missions for review and evaluation.
