Paris Declaration

Albania has endorsed the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness. The Government is committed to take leadership in making progress against the priority actions identified, taking forward the recommendations of the 2008 Survey on Monitoring the Paris Declaration and the Accra Agenda for Action. A Harmonization Action Plan on reaching the objectives of Paris Declaration on aid effectiveness in Albania is under preparation jointly by DSDC and Donor Technical Secretariat. DSDC acts as a contact point for the OECD/DAC survey based on Paris Declaration. The 2006 and 2008 surveys were successfully managed by the Government of Albania (National coordinators) in close cooperation with the Donor Technical Secretariat (the Donor Focal Point).
